Biography

She obtained her medical degree in November 2002 from the School of Biological Sciences of the Austral University, Argentina. Her first specialization was in pediatrics, which allowed her to observe the human body's innate capacity to recover after an injury. In 2007, she began working in regenerative medicine with people with spinal cord injuries. In 2010, she completed her training as a Specialist in Clinical Immunology, which gave her a deep knowledge of the immune system as the main facilitator of the biological repair process. Since 2019, she has served as president of ACIDTA, a civil association created to develop therapies that seek to respond to situations that conventional medicine cannot solve. When applied to these situations, cell therapy is one of its main branches of research. ACIDTA has a laboratory specialized in tissue engineering and is formed by a wide interdisciplinary network of professionals with a long trajectory.
