Dr. Manjusha Ashlesh Shinde is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology at AIIMS Kalyani, West Bengal, with domain expertise in diabetic neuropathy, cognition, and neurophysiology. She holds an MBBS, MD in Medical Physiology, a Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology, and a PG Diploma in Clinical Research, with 15 years of clinical and 8 years of research experience. She is currently pursuing a PhD on serum biomarkers in diabetic peripheral neuropathy at AIIMS Kalyani. She has authored 23 publications (H-index 2), secured intramural and extramural grants as PI and co-investigator, and holds a Fellowship in Diabetes from Diabetes India and an ongoing FAIMER fellowship
