Biography
Christian Kabongo is a 4th-year medical student at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. His interest in Neurology began as a clinical research coordinator in the Department of Neuro-Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he worked with patients with NF2-related schwannomatosis. Throughout medical school, he has treated patients with varying neurological comorbidities, which ultimately led to him pursuing a research year at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA where he conducted research on the mechanism of action of hearing loss in NF2-related schwannomatosis mouse models. In the upcoming cycle, he plans to apply to Neurology residency.
