Kingsley Kodjo Edufia Anagbonu is a third-year medical student at the University of Cape Coast with a growing interest in neuroscience and biomedical research. His interests focus on the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegeneration, particularly oxidative stress and protein aggregation. He is currently investigating the neuroprotective effects of Costus afer against oxidative- and amyloid-induced neurotoxicity in human neuronal cells, with the aim of contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for neurodegenerative disease
